Boutique Manager
Before working at The Ivory Lounge Rachael worked as an assistant Event Manager at a venue on Bondi Beach Sydney, spending her lunchtimes catching some rays! Now she spends her free time with her beautiful family and a crazy Frenchie 'Nala'.

Bridal Consultant
Before coming to The Ivory Lounge, Lucy worked abroad on a cruise liner, where she her my husband! She has a huge passion for travel, meeting new people and trying exotic foods!

Favourite thing about The Ivory Lounge: My favourite part of working in a The Ivory Lounge is seeing the joy when a bride finds their perfect dress. I also love being part of a fantastic team, it truly makes every day enjoyable and rewarding!

Bridal Consultant
Emily's journey as a Bridal Consultant started at a beautiful bridal boutique tucked away in Totnes before joining The Ivory Lounge.. In her spare time she love to walk the South West Coast Path. and also enjoys soaking up the sun at any given opportunity, preferably on a beach somewhere!

Favourite thing about The Ivory Lounge: My favourite thing is that every bride who walks through the door gets treated to The Ivory Lounge experience – Helping a bride feel the best version of themselves is so rewarding. I also love that I get to work with the most wonderful people who make doing what is already my dream job that little bit more amazing!

Bridal Assistant
Gracie, our bridal assistant, is here to make your appointments seamless and enjoyable. When she's not helping brides-to-be, Gracie is a passionate sports enthusiast, excelling in hockey, cricket, and more. With a bright future ahead, she dreams of becoming a surgeon once she completes her education.

Georgia
Bridal Consultant
Georgia is the eldest daughter to Lei & Mitch our owners and played a huge part in the creation of The Ivory Lounge back in 2020! She still likes to keep her hand in when she can and helps out during our busy times whilst juggling her day job as a full-time project manager and her young son.
